Most employers have a concept that they will never deal with their employees’ activities as  long as they are showing good performance. Well, unfortunately, in this  technological era, many employees seem to be spoiled by the technology that allows  them to use the internet for various things that do not have any relation with  their work.</p>
<p>The office  computer and internet are served to support the employees’ job, but many employees  are using it for their personal need that disturbs their working performance. When  such situation happens, employers have the right to monitor the employees’  internet activities and block several websites or activities that can disturb  their working performance. <a href="http://www.brickhousesecurity.com/pc-computer-spy.html" target="_blank">Key logger</a> can be used to monitor the employees’ activities.</p>

With the program or device, employers are able to  check email, instant messaging, or many other activities done in the computer. The checking  method seems to be violating the employees’ privacy, but actually the employees do not  have to worry about such thing if they use the computer and internet to support  their work only.</p>
